How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking a few days ahead to secure your preferred slot, especially for weekends and end of tenancy cleans. Same-day and next-day bookings are often available too — just ask.
Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations with less notice may incur a small charge.

How much does cleaning cost?

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. All cleaning materials and equipment are included. A minimum charge of £60 applies to carpet and upholstery cleaning.
When and how do I pay?
